At M Press Boutique, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty products and handcrafted press-on nails, please review our refund and return terms below:
 

1. Returns & Hygiene Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and health safety reasons, nail sets that have been opened, tried on, or used cannot be returned or refunded. Custom-sized or personalized orders are also final sale.
     

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo/video of the issue and packaging

We will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
 

3. Refunds Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
